SIMULATION
Pyromaitre's PyroGraph™ heat transfer simulation program is based on Heisler unsteady heat transfer in cylindrical body formulas. It gives a graphical representation of the temperature gain at the surface and at the core of a cylinder as a function of time and temperature in the furnace.
The addition of other variables like conductivity (alloy type), part size, rate, mass, and utility costs, provide the Pyro owner with a comprehensive setup, process development, and operating cost estimation tool.
